Product Features
It adopts die-cast aluminum housing which brings stable structure and good heat dissipation. Equipped with high conductivity brass slip ring and copper terminals to ensure smooth signal transmission. The flexible accordion dust boot effectively blocks dust and debris to extend inner component service life. Function symbols are marked by laser engraving, wear resistant and easy to identify. Color coded wiring harness and OEM multi pin plug support plug and play without wire modification. Strictly tested up to 1 million operation cycles, stable within wide temperature range from -40℃ to 85℃.

Installation Steps
1. Disconnect the vehicle main power supply before installation to avoid short circuit and electric hazard.
2. Remove the steering column protective cover to expose the original combination switch assembly.
3. Unplug the multi pin wiring connector from the old switch.
4. Release the fixing fasteners of the old switch and take it out from the steering column.
5. Place the new ISW0521B1-j6 switch into the mounting position and secure the fasteners properly.
6. Connect the multi pin plug of the new switch, confirm the connector is fully locked in place.
7. Refit the steering column protective cover, restore the power supply and test headlight turn signal and horn functions one by one.
Notes
1. Do not connect the plug forcibly if the connector pin layout does not match, to prevent pin bending and circuit damage.
2. Do not apply excessive force to toggle the stalk or press the horn button, it may damage internal contacts and slip ring.
3. Prevent water, mud and corrosive liquid from entering the switch during installation and daily use.
4. If any function fails after installation, firstly check whether the connector is loose or terminals are oxidized.
5. This switch is only suitable for buses and matching commercial vehicles, do not use it on non compatible models.
6. Professional technicians are recommended to complete the installation to guarantee assembly quality and driving safety.
